Not so Gross, Man

Longtime NFL reporter Howard Balzer, on one of the ESPN Radio shows earlier this week, defended the efforts of Chicago quarterback Rex Grossman. Balzer correctly points out that because of injuries, this was Grossman's first full season as a starting quarterback. He did manage to lead his team to a 13-3 regular season record and a spot in the Super Bowl. So, Grossman did in his first full season what it took nine seasons for one Peyton Manning.
