Game within a game

In stopping the Colts' drive short of TD, the Bears put eight defenders near the line of scrimmage, rushed six and dropped two. It was enough to stop Joseph Addai from getting the first down after a quick screen.

While the Bears are trying to keep the Colts offense guessing, Indianapolis is using the underneath passing to slowly suck in the Chicago secondary. It worked on the Reggie Wayne TD. Peyton Manning's patience will be key to this working later in the game. He needs to avoid forcing passes down the field and taking the short gains the Bears seem willing to give up.
