High blood pressure? Crank up the tunes

There's a new study out from Italian researchers indicating that hypertension can be soothed by turning on music and breathing slowly.

This is great news for a music reporter. Stress of deadlines? Nah, just breathe and listen to music. Oh no, wait. Apparently quiet, rhythmic music is recommended--forget the Ramones and Pantera and whatever other odd loud songs I want to hear today.

What would quiet, rhythmic music be? Like Air's "Moon Safari"? Bob Marley's "Greatest Hits"?

I am now frantically searching through my iPod for something appropriate. This is kind of defeating the point, isn't it? I'm getting too stressed out to find something to listen to lower my blood pressure.

Seriously, what are your suggestions for quiet, rhythmic music?
