Sweden's Shout Out Louds win the the most spirited award.

When you say festival, they are ready. The band came out adorned with flower wreaths on their heads and played a bright set that reminded me that it really is springtime in Indio.
The nice breeze probably helps, too.

There's also a band member playing maracas. Maracas, like handclaps, make everything better.
