Things I learned from the Jonas Brothers

I went to last night's Jonas Brothers concert at the SoCal Fair at the Lake Perris Fairgrounds and wow, I learned a lot. Here are a few of the random things I noticed.

-Puffy paint isn't a thing of the past.

-Earplugs are important when seeing a band that causes pandemonium in girls under 18.

-I now know why my mom wouldn't take me to the New Kids on the Block show. I have officially dropped my bitterness.

-Parents who take their kids to shows are superstars just for braving the screams.

-About 1,433* girls I saw yesterday had full-on plans to become a "Mrs. Jonas." (* Just a totally non-scientific estimation)

-My informal poll of homemade T-shirts and face paint shows that Inland Southern California prefers Joe Jonas.

-Headbands, like the kind Mike Reno from Loverboy wore in 1983, are popular again in concertwear.

-Forget Kim Wilde's "Kids In America." These fans adore the Jonas Brothers' "Kids Of The Future," yet the song is from about 25 years ago. So the future is the past. Cool.

-Earplugs are very important.
