The 11-episode series promises to show us planet Earth like we've never seen it before. There are three, hour-long episodes. Check your local listings for times. The first, "Pole to Pole," examines how the seasons produce the greatest spectacles on Earth, including African herds migrating hundreds of miles in search of water. The second episode is about "Mountains" and the rare animals like snow leopards that inhabit them. The third is about the "Deep Ocean." Sounds promising!
