The Riverside Woman’s Club will take part in the Great American Bake Sale at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18 at the Stater Bros. Market on the corner La Sierra and Indianan Avenues. Homemade baked goods will be for sale.
Proceeds go to Share Our Strength and to help local organizations end childhood hunger

Jarrett Ellis is 12 years old, who will be an 8th grader at Amelia Earhart in the fall of 2007. Jarrett has been selected to attend Leadership University at Stanford University, in Palo Alto, CA on August 7-12, 2007. Leadership University is part of
www.lead-america.org.
Jarrett Ellis is an “A” student who enjoys playing AAU basketball, Pop Warner football, and attending church services.
Jarrett Ellis’ parents are Arthur and Shon Ellis, and he has one brother, Jamal Ellis,
14 years old. Congratulations Jarrett!
