A free Child Safety Festival is planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 in the parking lot of New York Life Insurance at 451 E. Vanderbilt Way in San Bernardino.
There will be San Bernardino fire and police demonstrations, safety-related activities and local vendors. The festival will hand out free identification cards with photographs and fingerprints.
