Both Kevin Love and Russell Westbrook are planning to attend the NBA Draft in New York on Thursday night. I'm hearing that Love could go as high as No. 3 to Minnesota or No. 5 to Memphis, while Charlotte has guaranteed him that he will not fall below No. 9.
