Kevin Love's workout plan

klove.jpgI wrote a story for this morning's paper looking at how Kevin Love's draft stock has risen as his weight has dropped. Here's a more detailed look at the daily training regimen and diet that helped Love shed 20 pounds:

Love's six-day-a-week workout

8 a.m. Arrives at Home Depot Center in Carson
8:15-9:15 a.m. Lifts weights
9:30-11 a.m. movement drills, one-on-one basketball
11-1 p.m. Lunch delivered to Home Depot Center
1-2 p.m. More basketball drills or conditioning on bike or treadmill
2-4 p.m. Plyometrics, speed and agility drills using speed ladder
4-5 p.m. Spot shooting drills
