I've seen a lot of internet debate over whether UCLA should offer a scholarship to North Carolina transfer Alex Stepheson, so I thought I'd put up a poll question and allow you guys to weigh in on the topic.
If you're interested, my opinion is without a doubt, yes. Stepheson excelled as a defender and rebounder at North Carolina, two skills UCLA coach Ben Howland covets above any others. With a year to sit out next season, Stepheson can continue to improve his offensive skills and then either replace J'Mison Morgan if he leaves after only one year (anything's possible in this climate) or share time with Morgan, Drew Gordon and James Keefe in what would be a scary deep UCLA frontcourt.
