Colton councilman to be arraigned

COLTON -- Colton City Councilman Ramon Hernandez is scheduled to be arraigned today on 24 counts of misusing public funds to stay at local hotels and call sex lines. He delayed his arraignment from Sept. 25 so his lawyer could study the case.
