SAN BERNARDINO -- SWAT officers have surrounded a home in the 1200 block of W. King Street this afternoon.
An armored vehicle and at least 20 San Bernardino police cars have been on the scene since after 1 p.m. Just before 1:30 p.m., police led a man in handcuffs out of a one-story home.
As of 2 p.m., police officials had not released further details on the incident.
