And remember if you ever have a deal worth sharing send me an e-mail.

Kid Deals
Here's a site you may want to check out if you have kids. It's called Kidz Austin.
This is a terrific site that highlights deals all across Austin. It's a great place to look for reasonably priced places to entertain your kids. There's even an entire section dedicated to kid meal deals.

Thanks to KVUE.com web producer and mom Cindy Brummer one for sharing.

Entertainment Book Discounts
No matter where you live chances are good there is an entertainment book for your specific area. These books are filled with coupons that you can use throughout the year. They typically come out at the end of each year, but if you haven't bought one yet now is your chance to get one for 35 percent off plus free shipping. Go here to cash in on the deal. Just type in your zip code and up pops the book closest to your location.

In case you don't want the entire book or you'd like to just print the coupons you know you'll use, remember you can always buy an online subscription. You can spend $30 for a year subscription or $4.95 a month and print as many coupons as you'd like.

Airfare
This could be the best spring and summer ever to travel overseas. Continental and several other airlines have drastically cut fares to Europe. Through early May you can fly from Houston to five cities for between $400 and $590 roundtrip. That's 50 percent less than what prices were last month.

Here is a sampling of some of the one way fares Travel Zoo found:
- London ... $149
- Paris ... $149
- Amsterdam ... $149
- Milan ... $209
- Barcelona ... $255.

Here's a list of some of the amazing fares being offered out of Houston. Be sure to click on the price to see the dates and the available prices. There are still some round trip airfares from Houston to London selling for around $600 this spring.

Then be sure to check out some of the other top 20 deals the site mentions.

Airfare Watchdog also mentions some incredible European deals. You'd have to get to some destinations along the east coast, but with the airfare deals out there they might still be worth checking out. They found fares as cheap as $287 from Charlotte to London.

Need to save some money on a rental car? Between now and March 31st you can get one free weekend day car rental from Hertz.

Carnival is offering more amazing cruise deals if you're hoping to get away this spring or summer.

Dr. Pepper has a promotion going on right now that will let you have a free two liter bottle of diet soda or a 20 ounce bottle. All you have to do is sign up on
this website
and they'll send you the coupon in the mail.

Free Breakfast
Remember Chick-fil-A is offering free breakfast here in Austin through Saturday this week. You can learn more about the deal here in this blog I posted at the end of last week. I also spoke with the company this week and it told me other restaurants across the country may be offering similar promotions. Some are only offering the deal on Friday others have made it an every Friday event through the month of February. So call your favorite location to find out.

Charity Bachelor Auction
KVUE's own Matt Mitchell is up on the auction block. Tonight at 5:30 you can bid on a date with him at Qua. That's located at 213 W 4th Street. It costs $15 to get in and the bidding begins at 7pm. Matt was recently voted as one of Austin's most eligible bachelors and he is a super nice guy. We joke at work that we're going to nominate him to be ABC's next Bachelor. So don't miss your chance.

This is the 8th year the American Women in Radio and Television has hosted this event. This year the event benefits Femme Film Texas an organization that teaches film making and media literacy to young girls in Austin.
