Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison was joined by supporters in Dallas this afternoon to announce she's raised $6.7 million for her primary battle since January. Her campaign cash-on-hand now stands at $12.5 million, eclipsing Governor Rick Perry's $9.3 million. She did not formally announce her candidacy, but announced she will announce the candidacy - officially - in August. Second quarter fundraising numbers aren't due until the 15th, but campaigns are starting to release their numbers. Nearly half a million dollars came from online contributions.
