The Statesman's Jason Embry once said, "The world needs another blog like it needs more candidates for House speaker," but if you haven't started reading the Texas Observer's Floor Pass just yet, it's worth a gander. I enjoyed their committee preview this morning, an overview of what to look for when Speaker Straus announces his committee assignments Thursday.
