Attempted Afternoon Suicide at the Capitol

DPS Capitol Police confirms a man tried to commit suicide on the capitol lawn this afternoon, but did not go through with it. APD dispatch reported it to DPS, and authorities have not located the man. No one was hurt.

What it because he couldnt pay his insurance bill? Or his electricity bill? Couldn't afford to send his kid to college? Lost his health insurance?
