The number of registered voters in Texas climbed this year from 12.7 to 13.5 million since this year's March primaries. That's a six percent jump. "I am excited about the growth we have seen statewide in voter registrations since March," said Secretary of State Hope Andrade. "Texans recognize the importance of this election and are already exercising their right to vote in record numbers during early voting." The SOS says more than two million Texas voters have already cast ballots in early voting, which ends Friday. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

There's too much politics in Texas to fit into a newscast, so the fun continues here.

I am MOST worried about the "new" voters. NOT ONE state official has stepped forward and assured citizens that are checks and balances in place to ensure that the tsunami of "new" voters are actually LEGAL and ENTITLED BY LAW TO VOTE. Not One! In the 2004 election, San Antonio had something like 10,000 illegal aliens go ahead and vote. Multiple that STATEWIDE AND NATIONALLY and we have a problem! SO, the "rush" to register voters (10 days before a national election WHERE THERE IS NO WAY TO VERIFY ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THUS ESTABLISH LEGAL VOTER ENTITLEMENT) doesn't inspire me. Until it is proved otherwise, it is VOTER FRAUD and deliberate VOTER FRAUD.
