    HRC to End Presidential Bid...

    Clinton's Texas Chair Gary Mauro and I have been playing phone tag. So it's unclear how the news that HRC will endorse Obama affects her "tentative" plans to stop by the Texas Democratic state convention this weekend.

    It's conceivable either Bill or Hillary Clinton could still make it to the convention, but it seems less likely now. Her endorsement event was moved from Friday until Saturday, to take place in Washington D.C. Does that mean she's free on Friday?
