UPDATE: Dennis Kucinich will not be on the Texas primary ballot. Not because he missed the filing deadline, but because he was not approved for the ballot. The filing form includes a box where you have to check whether you'll support the party's eventual nominee. The Star-Telegram says Kucinich did not check the box, so he was denied.

I'm sure various outlets will soon have various overviews of filings for the Texas primaries, since the deadline to get on the ballot was today.
Did you notice that Dennis Kucinich didn't file in Texas? It's possible he's a late filer and the last last minute candidate filings haven't been updated. But he's already encouraging his backers to support Barack Obama as their second choice tomorrow; it's likely the Congressman knows he won't be in the race anymore come March.
