The Bad Precedents Return

They're baaaaack. The lawmaker/capitol staffer band, "The Bad Precedents" will come together again next week for a House Democratic Campaign Committee fundraiser in Austin.

The Bad Precedents rock out, with guest singer Vernon Effenberger, a House Sergeant.

You can usually find State Rep. Jim Dunnam, D-Waco, ticklin' the ivories (not gonna say anything about the wardrobe choice here) and State Senator Bob Deuell, R-Greenville, on the drums. (Deuell, a staunch conservative, says he feels really out of place when they play at Texas Trial Lawyers Association...)

The invite promises State Rep Juan Garcia, D-Corpus Christi, will be rocking out at the upcoming event. Invitation details are after the jump. BTW, The Precedents were honored during the 80th session with HR 2678, which DMN's Karen Brooks blogs about here.

State Representatives
Garnet F. Coleman Jim Dunnam Pete P. Gallego
Valinda Bolton Robby Cook Dawnna Dukes Donna Howard
Elliott Naishtat Eddie Rodriguez Patrick Rose Mark Strama
& State Senator Kirk Watson
