Laurel swears that she's not Wes' girlfriend. I think this is just her way of getting some publicity for herself. They may not be together, but no guy talks about a girl that much if they don't have feelings for them that go beyond friendship. Most guys don't even talk that much about their wives and girlfriends even when they are in a relationship. Frankly, I don't care if he has a girlfriend or not, he's still a jerk and I don't care how much you "edit" what he said, he still said everything we saw, whether it was taken out of context or not. I thought that Wes was brilliant! Did every guy that got out of the limo REALLY think that "he" had found his soulmate? She had her tongue down so many thoats that I lost count! He may have been on the show for exposure but weren't they all?????Good for him! I will certainly buy his album!
Looking forward to the finale. And Nancy, you are certainly free to support Wes' career, but it doesn't make what he said or did ok just because Jillian was working thru the process. She never said a mean thing about Wes, in fact she was crazy about him. He in turn used her and made her look foolish and then was cruel to her in the end. Is that what you call "brilliant"? I call it sad and pathetic. Wes has a great singing voice, and I won't miss it one bit.
Wes is a snake, and it makes me ashamed to be from the same town. Not a good light on Austin, Wes.
