Hats Off to Forest Park!

More than a thousand people took their seats in an air-conditioned tent Thursday for the annual Hiram W. Leffingwell Awards Luncheon. I had the pleasure of emceeing one of our community's most anticipated and enjoyable events. The cause is worthy, and the crowd is coiffed...with hats.
