Do they give Mike Anderson a blank check and let him decide how much money he wants, or do they let him leave for the University of Georgia? Anderson made $850,000 this year, and MU has reportedly offered him a new contract in the $1,300,00 a year range. That seems more than fair to me, especially considering Anderson still has two years left on his existing contract. ...Rookies T.J. Oshie, David Perron and Patrick Berglund all tallied points Thursday night as the Blues won their third game in a row; beating Vancouver 4-2 at Scottrade Center. New York's home games are played at Tradition Field. It's a spacious, beautiful ballpark that seats more than 7,000 fans and like Roger Dean Stadium there's not a bad seat in the house. This is the second year my father Sam, brother Tim and I have attended spring training in Jupiter during the Grapefruit season.
