Silence of the Rams

The Rams season is DONE. Today's loss against the Cowboys without a doubt seals the deal on the season for the Rams and it is time to figure out how to first, not turn the season into a complete embarrassment and second find out who on this team should be here in 2008.

The first thing that needs to happen is Marc Bulger needs to be shut down. The only way to fix broken ribs is through rest. Playing in the NFL week to week prohibi...

Will La Russa stay or will he go?

The Cardinals season has three games remaining in Pittsburgh this weekend and the first big question of the 2008 season is will Tony La Russa be managing the club? Officially no one is saying what will happen but if I had to put the mortgage down on Tony's future I would bet that he will be Cardinals manager in 2008.

This afternoon's Rams game against the Bucs brought back memories of Tony Banks, Rich Brooks and the bad days of Rams football. It was ugly in every portion of the game. To me it was the worst game of Marc Bulger's career. He made several critical mistakes including horribly underthrowing Drew Bennett in the endzone which turned into an interception.

The Rams play calling was atrocious. The gameplan was good for trying to prote...

This weekend.......

There are a ton of interesting sporting events this weekend to look forward to. The most important of them locally being the Rams-Buccaneers game on Sunday. The best part of the NFL is that every game is so important but this week is even more so for the Rams. If they lose this one they will be facing 0-3 and that means disaster.

I am really concerned about Marc Bulger's health in this game. I know if I were Tampa and I saw w...
