Florrisant Police say a 16 year old Hazelwood West student brought a loaded gun to school on Thrusday. Police found it while questioning the high school junior about an off school incdent. Dectecives found the gun in the students backpack. He was immediately taken custody. Today Hazelwood school leaders addressed the issue saying that safety is the school district's top priority. The student may be expelled. The ultimate decision will have to come from the Hazelwood School Board. That's it..I've had it with this district. I have one at the high school now and a 7th grader. I'm not waiting around to see how bad it gets. We're outta here. Called an agent and putting the house on the market.
