Twice this week I had the chance to talk with Rams players about this Rush Limbaugh story, and both days I got the same answer. Rams players say it doesn't matter and they're not paying attention to the radio talk show host's efforts to be part of a group to buy the team (an effort that is now over).
If the players do have a strong opinion on Rush, they are doing a very good job of keeping it a secret. Chris Long told me he doesn't listen to radio, and Stephen Jackson says, he's not a politcal guy. So the result this week was a few smirks and chuckles from players at the mention of Rush's name, but no controversy icoming from the Rams locker room.
