So Rush and his millions are "off the table", as far the Rams go. Dave Checketts announcing that Limabugh is no longer part of his group that is bidding on the Rams.
Those who love Rush are probably upset, and those who hate him are probably happy. Keep in mind this was only for the chance to buy the team and there was never any guarantee that Rush's group would have been the top bidder. It is also clear that there was growing hesitation among NFL brass about having Rush in the "Owners Club".
Certainly from a media point of view, having Rush involved with the Rams would have made things interesting for those who cover the team.
