9:13 PM Mon, Oct 05, 2009 |

St. Louis Police say they have a teen and 22 year old in custody for the shooting death of a 34 year old woman. Investigators say early Monday morning the men forced their way inside a home in the 900 block of Hickory and shot three people. Gina Stallis a nurse at the V.A. Medical Center died while an off duty police officer and her boyfriend, a former St. Louis Firefighter, were seriously injured. According to police charges could be brought in this case as early as Tuesday.

Police caught up with the two suspects at a local hospital. The 16 year old went there to be treated for a gun shot wound to his hand while the other fled when he saw the police. After a short foot chase police finally caught up with the 22 year old and took him into custody.

I looked this Coleman the shooter up on the Mo Correction web sight, he's been charged with burglary and Unlawful use of a weapon before convicted served very little time and released is't the just system great.

Let's only give 6 months on this one and see how bad he gets. St. louis is the home of catch and realse.

I am really having difficulty writing this , but here goes. I read all the comments on this story and I really am ashamed of the human race.

You see this lady Gina Stallis that was murdered, has been treating me with chemo therapy at the V.A hosp. for some 3 years now. She has literally been one of the people who have saved my life. I find it so hard to see why people bring in race and politics to this crime.

We have lost a hero, a lifesaver. To the family and all the staff at the V.A. I send my condoleances. There are just to many heros at the onology deapartment to list all of you .But thank you ever so much and May God Bless Each and everyone of you
