That's the question an Illinois judge will have to answer tomorrow in Monroe County. Today an affidavit was processed that requests the judge overseeing the Coleman case to declare him indigent. If the judge does declare him indigent Coleman would be entitled to having his attorney's fees covered by taxpayers.
If you were the judge, what would you do; grant Coleman the money or not?
