Police are looking for 17-year old Danielle Medina. Investigators say she kidnapped five month old Cortez L. Rose. Madison IL Police Chief tells us that Medina, has outstanding warrants in New York for child endangerment. We are told that Medina was babysitting Cortez when she took off with him on Saturday afternoon. Investigators say Medina is a black female, 5 feet tall, and about 120 pounds. Medina was last seen wearing orange and black weave, a long brown tee-shirt, and she may be pushing a brown and tan stroller. Investigators believe she is in the Metro East...possibly in East St. Louis. Investigators say that Cortez is an African American toddler 20 lbs, and that he has a birth mark on his right arm near his shoulder, and he has one on his right ankle.
