It isn't everyday that an attorney comes right out and writes "it aint gonna happen" to another attorney but that is exactly what's happening in the Coleman civil suit. Jack Carey is asking Joyce Meyer Ministeries to furnish information and documents surrounding Christopher Coleman's hiring, employment, and termination. JMM responded with a 7 page confidentiality agreement, which Carey won't sign. So... unless they can come to terms, a Judge will hear the case July 6th.
Ronald Coleman just hired an attorney to represent him in the civil suit (like JMM he is not a defendant, but a respondent in discovery) so he gets another week to respond.
Of course Christopher Coleman will have to respond as well, but his criminal case will take precedent.
