It is a quiet little community, tucked away near Salisbury in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Families walk the streets with their young children. Families like 27 year old Traci Wooten and her husband 209 year old Sinclair Hubbard, with their 2 young sons, ages 5 and 6 years old. Hubbard called his wife Wooten, who was out of town at the time of the murder, to tell her, that the police had surrounded their newly renovated apartment building on the corner of 19th and Mallinckrodt.

Hubbard and Wooten do not know the family of the 2 year old. But that does not matter. They keep a close eye on their 2 boys. Now they say they will keep an even closer eye on them. Their philosophy is that if it could happen to the 2 year old, it could happen to their boys too.

Wooten says as a mother, she finds the murder of that 2 year old shocking. And her husband says as a father he quote: " Can not even wrap his mind around why anyone would do, what they did, to a 2 year old.
