Just when you think you've heard and read everything about this H1N1 Flu comes this story about people speculating on getting the flu on purpose in order to gain the future immunity. It seems there is concern this H1N1 could return in the fall and be stronger than it is now.
It's modeled after the concept of Chicken Pox parties which from time to time is popular with parents of young people.
We took this idea right to Barnes Jewish Hospital to find out if it is smart or foolish. I'll have the story Friday on News 4 at 5 o'clock.

I am furious about this. How can people spread something purposly that can be fatal to others? I need a transplant, have no imune system and to me, it could be deadly, I know others that are sick also that could not handle this. Is this not as bad as attempted murder? The other option is to stay in my home and never go out - or just stay at the hospital and wait for it to hit? I think that law enforcement should do something - they are spreading a lethal virus on purpose.
