Monday morning, attorneys representing Sheri Coleman's family will file a wrongful death suit aganist Chris Coleman. You'll remember Coleman was charged late last week for murdering for the deaths of his wife and two sons. An attorney for Sheri's family, Enrico Mirabelli, told me they'll be in Monroe County on Monday for two reasons: to file the wrongful death lawsuit and a restraining order against Chris Coleman.

The attorneys plan is to appear before a judge around 9 in the morning to file the motion for the restraining order, then meet with the media at 10:30. Mirabelli says the attorney's will gather on the foot steps of the monroe county courthouse to answer any questions. He went on to tell me they're are also going to use the opportunity to hand out more photos of Sheri and her boys. Mirabelli says it's important the world get a better understanding of who Sheri, Garett and Gavin were and why they are fighting so hard for them, now that they are gone.

I'm told the weather is the only thing that could alter their 10:30 am plan. Iif it does rain, Nirabelli says they'll wait as long as it takes to ensure we hear from Sheri Coleman's family.
