We're on the scene of a double homicide and suicide in Hazelwood.

Hazelwood Police actually got a call from Texas telling them to check on the welfare of people in a home here. It was from the father of the suspect in the case. The 24-year-old man had called his father and told them he had "killed everyone in the house". He then left the scene and drove a few miles away where he committed suicide in his car.

The man iss suspected of killing his former girlfriend and her new boyfriend. The killer used a shotgun. The same weapon the former boyfriend used to commit suicide.

He didn't kill everyone in the house however. The police chief says there were three kids in the home. They're all 2-years-old. The Chief says they weren't harmed.

We're working to get more details on the story. Names have not yet been released.
