Here at News 4 we've been doing these good news for a change stories. Here's one that I think may qualify. From tragedy can sometimes come triumph. Two young Columbia, Illinois, brothers wanted to raise some money to help build the memorial to Sheri Coleman and her two sons Gavin and Garett. They approached their parents with the idea. The boys would sell their old toys, old clothes, bake some cookies and make some lemonade and raise money they could donate. They had a goal of $500. Mom and Dad were skeptical. They held the garage sale this morning. The people showed up and not only bought things but they also donated money to the cause. That goal of $500? By 8:00 this morning they had met that goal. By mid-morning they had doubled it. They then tripled it. But they weren't done yet. The donations kept coming in. The boys' father says three sheriff's deputies pulled up to the house. He approached them and asked what they wanted. They gave him a $250 donation. The fire department came by and took the two brothers on a ride around the neighborhood in a fire truck for their good deed. It wasn't just the people from the neighborhood that were giving. Cars with Missouri license plates were pulling up in front of the house. People would roll down their window, hand over a donation and then drive away. By 3:00 Saturday afternoon they added up the donations. They wanted to raise $500, right? They raised about $5,000. Ten times their goal. 2 CommentsLeave a comment |

Sheri Gavin and Garrett Coleman entered Heaven all the pain of this Earth had Ceased they are in the most Beautiful Place of all
And were Crowned with the Beautiful Crown Of righteousness and Robs As white as snow. and they reside in Heaven
Where Beautiful Rainbows Glow and Waters of Sweet Joy Flow and Lush Green Fields of SOOOOOFT GREEN grass and Flowers of Kinds grow.
As they Float on Beautiful White Puffy Clouds.in a gentle Breeze SOOOO FILLED WITH JOY IN DESCRIBABLE so Pleasing to their Beautiful Bodies
And now all the Girls In Heaven have two Very handsome Friends to play with where they say WOW-ISE WOW-ISE WOW-ISE I AM GONNA GO OVER AND SEE GAVIN and GARRETT NOW-ISE NOW-ISE NOW-ISE
that is really wonderful that those boys and community did that.. that just shows there are still good people out there and i hope they have a wonderful memorial in there names
