One man in Columbia, Illinois, says the town is still in "complete shock" over the murders of Sheri Coleman and her two sons. People here feel safe. The murders have far-reaching consequences. The kids in the school have to come to grips with it. About 300 people came to the city park in Columbia Sunday night for a candlelight vigil and memorial. It was to honor the Colemans but it was also to show "community." It may sound strange but community is what's missing from a lot of communities these days. People who didn't know the Colemans wanted to come out and honor them and show others that they are part of the town. That they care. There was a lot of talk about starting the healing process and moving on. While they may try it will also be difficult. An arrest has not been made yet in this case.. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

I hope an arrest is made soon.
