A north St. Louis woman had her car stolen today. That's not so remarkable (unfortunately) but the kick-in-the-shins about this story is that we brought you this same woman's story a few weeks ago. Her baby daughter was beaten to death. She was moving out of her apartment and loading up her car out on the street when it was stolen.

She told me that everything left of her daughter is in the car--pictures, shoes, clothes, high chair, walker and on and on. If you are a parent you know that things like these can be precious to you. You can imagine what they must mean to a woman whose daughter is no longer with her. Prosecutors call the case one of the worst cases of child abuse they've ever seen. The woman's boyfriend is being charged with 1st Degree Murder.

She said she just wants these things back. Her car is a '96 Chrysler Cirrus, white with temporary tags on it. There's a picture of her little girl in one of the windows.
