EUREKA, Mo. - This Six Flags amusement park near St. Louis is seeing a 50 percent increase in job applications and a significant number of adults applying for positions normally taken by high school and college students, said Elizabeth Gotway of the Six Flags marketing department.

The company is holding job fairs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday through March 21 to fill about 2300 positions.
