One of Brad Pitt's biggest fans might be heading for the big house. James Joseph Cialella, a 29-year-old resident of the City of Brotherly Love, is accused of trying to kill a man whose family was making noise during a Christmas night showing of Pitt's new movie, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." The victim was shot in the arm, and he is expected to survive. The gunman took other action against the noisy family before opening fire. First, according to police, he told the family members to be quiet. They kept making noise. Second, he threw popcorn at the victim's son. They still wouldn't stop. Next, Cialella walked toward the family. The father stood up. That's when he was shot. Cialella is charged with attempted murder and other crimes. Police said he still had the .380 caliber handgun in his waistband. |
