How to boil a complex issue down to a minute and ten seconds? That was the task today.
Take an audit of Metro that was begun in 2005 under one management and concluded in 2008 under a completely different team. And for good measure, throw in the fact that Metro is facing a budget deficit and has a tax issue on the November ballot. A bit much for 70 seconds. Thank goodness for KMOV.COM. The whole audit is there... judge for yourself. Not so much paper from Metro... but a promise that the bad decisions of the previous administration are in the past, and extended only to the Shrewsbury extension - not the rest of the operation.
