When word of the fourth security breach at lambert airport started to spread many viewers wasted little time holding security accountable.

"With everything I (we) have to go thru to board a plane, this is just absolutely ridiculous."
"This is a scary situation ... this person was caught but what about others that could get thru and not be caught ..."
"It does'nt surprise me"

Hearing these latest responses I started thinking about the mistakes I make on a weekly basis. Sometimes I stumble on air, I mispronounce a word, or at times I even forget to ask a key question. What does that make me... human. Some can make that same argument for those who are responsible for the fourth security breach at Lambert Airport this month. They can boldly tell anyone that they are human and they made a mistake. However, we have found out time and time again how costly and deadly security mistakes can become. I hope these mistakes over the last couple of weeks reveal how everyone is prone to human error;however, I also hope these mistakes are not repeated.
