When a man is accused of sexually abusing 2 8 year old boys, neighbors react and wonder why they were never told 29 year old Janos Ujvary was living next to them. He's a Hungarian exchange student charged with 4 felony crimes, including sodomy and child molestation. The abuse allegedly happened to members of his host family. As a mother, I understand neighbors fears about having an alleged child molestor in their midst. But as a reporter, I must remember Ujvary has not been convicted of a crime. I've tried to contact the family who is now helping him during this fight. I would like to know what inspired them to take on his battle in this case. How do they know Ujvary? He was a student at the community college where one of the people caring for him works. They are risking so much for him. Why? Because there are children involved I can't reveal more about what's behind the charges. Those details will come out during the trial. Fear often causes us to forget, innocent until proven guilty.
