36 Year old William Ducksworth, a convicted child sex offender already with a criminal record dating back to 1998 and 2007, now is accused of exposing himself to a seven year old girl.
Police went to a Goodwill Store in Belleville Monday afternoon and when they got there employees directed an officer to the back of the business where we're told the officer spotted Ducksworth exposing himself and engaged in an indecent act.
Investigators say the little girl's mother reported Ducksworth to employees after her child ran and told her about the incident.
The store has surveillance cameras, but no security guards. Some in that neighborhood wonder if that should change? Others, however, say there's nothing the store managers could've done differently to prevent this from happening.
