Dr. Tourkakis certainly is as determined as the city of Arnold in this eminent domain struggle for his office.
The building is now almost surrounded by construction equipment and cleared land, and the road to get to the office is narrow, pot holed and has scattered debris. It is quite a site to see his small office next to the rising shopping center. It is a classic case of one man taking on city hall and taking on an issue that is being debated across the country.
