I know you will be a little stressed tomorrow with the whole turkey dinner and family thing going on, but you should take a breather and check us out.

Marc, Matt, Paul and I will be hosting the Ameren UE Thanksgiving Day Parade tomorrow. We have a special two hour show starting at 8:00 in the morning. You'll see us if you're downtown perched high above the corner of Market and 4th St.

I am so ready for Christmas! I wanted to decorate two weeks ago but was promptly reminded that you are supposed to wait until at least the day after Thanksgiving.

Well, I did it. I went deer hunting. I would do it again- BUT let me fill you in on my misconception of the sport.
Here is the definition of deer hunting: "the pursuit and killing or capture of wild deer regarded as a sport."
No where does it read, "involving 8 to 12 hours of sitting up in a tree, not saying a word, in the freezing cold with no guarantee of ever seeing a deer."
I had no idea you sat in one place ALL DAY LONG....

So tomorrow is my first experience with hunting. Deer hunting that is. My boyfriend in 10th grade took me rabbit hunting. I shot a snake instead. That was almost 20 years ago and a lot has changed since then-especially the boyfriend.
Deal is, I agree to hunt down Bambi (and I'm actually kind of excited about the mission to find the target, the rest I don't know how I feel about until it happens) then I will go to the hunting shin dig aft...
