The color of blood is crimson red and that field was covered in it Saturday night. We played much better in the first ha... We got to interview CBS' Bob Schieffer this morning. What a great guy. He has to be the most personable and down to earth celebrity I have ever met.
You would think a man who has been in the television news busine... We did it again. And the Razorbacks weren't sore losers at all.
I di... I'm off to Arkansas for the first time on Friday. The #9 Alabama Crimson Tide will be in Fayetteville for a little pig roasting. The game against the Arkansas Razorbacks is the first conference game of the season. It's always a good, close game. This year I will not only be there to see it in person, I will be with two Arkansas fans from O'fallon, IL. I hope they aren't sore losers. This will be another win for Bama, my friends and I ... I'm home. I just got back from my trip to see the family and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
I also convinced my sister to go even though she is a die har... I am so happy to tell you that March of Dimes supporters in St. Louis did it again. Last night at the Signature Chefs event at the Ritz Carlton, roughly $300,000 was raised to help fight premature births. If you have never been and you like to eat, you have to come out and join us next year. What'd I tell ya???? Clemson who? Alabama looked confident and strong. Albeit young, but we looked like we knew what we were doing on Saturday. So much so, the commentators sounded frustrated with Clemson because they talked them up so much before the game got started.
