Let the games begin!
My day will start with College Game Day on the television. This year it's in Atlanta -for what else? THE ALABAMA CLEMSON GAME, BABY!

Clemson is ranked #9 and favored to win but I have a good feeling 24th ranked Bama could come out on top.

I just got back from my first trip to Chicago. I really thought I was going to be thoroughly annoyed by Cubs fans, but I wasn't.
In fact, I sat in a mostly Cardinals fan section and thank goodness I went to the game when the Cardinals won.

I'm 34 years old and I had a date to Homecoming this year. That would be the big weekend reunion in Mascoutah, IL.
Everyone who ever attended Mascoutah High School goes to Homecoming to see all their old friends.
And they drink beer out of buckets. Yes, real buckets. Look, someone even has a koozie to fit this one.
