February 2007 ArchivesYesterday we didn't have to worry abour scripts or cameras. We got to kick back and have fun on the Dave Glover show. Producer Tom Turbrock hung out with us, too. I had to share this with you. I love Bama and I love Boxers. Therefore this little girl became an instant friend. Meet Roxy. News 4 This Morning viewer Emily Wells sent me this picture. Roll Tide Roll!!!!!! Have you heard about this book and movie "The Secret?" A couple of my friends mentioned it to me and Oprah just had two shows about it. I haven't read or seen the DVD, but from what I understand, it's about how you get what you ask for in life. That if you get stuck in a funk and think your situation is hopeless, then it will be. Until you accept it and move on, you can't evolve. Did you make it to Soulard Saturday? I had good intentions. I got to Soulard but not to the parade. The wind and snow were too much. I walked until I saw the first happening place and went inside. I had a blast! In fact, it may be the best Mardi Gras I have had in my four years here. Nathan (the husband) The day after our workout with Keath Hausher, and Cook is still complaining! The 4 Warn Weather Department was taking some heat on this cold morning, with just about every school district in the KMOV viewing area closing before the first snowdrop fell. Just checking in from East St. Louis. The sleet is coming down pretty hard. It is 10 in the morning on Tuesday. This is what we reporters do on ''weather days.'' We wait for the storm and then jump out in it to tell everyone else to stay inside. Most reporters don't like it. I think it's fun. It's a change of pace and let's face it, it's not brain surgery. I went to the Barkus Pet Parade for the first time yesterday in Soulard. I loved it! Not just for the dogs but because I was surrounded by people who go coo coo for dogs as much as I do. We took Lucy Loo This is beautiful. Just when you think it's safe to go to Florida to avoid this frigid weather, Jaws shows up: SHARKS! FOR THE RECORD: Regarding the "love-in" being held for PETA today, here's my favorite t-shirt logo: About an hour from now a crowd of half naked people are expected to make out in downtown St Louis. Why? To convince people to stop eating meat. While the sight of passionate PETA people smooching on each other is rather disgusting, I don't think it will "gross me out" of the desire to eat meat.
Apparentl... SEX OFFENDERS DA BEAR I thought this was hilarious...if a little unsettling for Florida and Gulf Coast natives! I'm actually rooting for the Colts, because of Peyton Manning, but I wouldn't be heartbroken to see Chicago win. After all...there are bound to be some Cubs fans who need a good pick me up. :) ... |
